Andreth was a loner boy, holing up in his room or wandering off for hours at a time with his music and his books. His rather outgoing family worried about their macabre family member who sometimes heard voices, but when he reached the age of decision, Andry chose the House of Kione. He fared well in Kione, but disliked the darker, shadow magics. After the Second Court War, Andry left Kione for the newly formed Uilioc, a House of Spirits, which suited him better than his first House. He picked up his cello again and managed to earn a position with a small orchestra which became his career
While touring through Europe with an opera company, he fell hard for one of the leading ladies: Maiani Fàire. He was resigned to admire her from afar, but the indomitable Fàire woman had other ideas. Maiani took matters into her own hands and a whirlwind courtship ensued. The pair decided to put an official seal on their love and soon after, the couple had a daughter they named Maiandra (a combination of Maiani and Andreth). Andreth doted on his daughter and the two had much in common. He helped Maia through the darkness in her mind. When she fled the City, he escorted her through the Veil and contacts her there.
After The Third Court War, Andreth was asked to step up and lead his House. Being Uilioc and not one to back down from service, Andry accepted and has taken a sabbatical from the orchestra to help with The Reconstruction. Recently, he accidentally tripped an ancient trap and suffered a breakdown of a sorts forcing him to resign from Lordship. Andry recovered enough, however, to assume Second of the House but his mental balance in hard-earned and fragile.
